• Provide accurate information about their qualifications and experience
• Complete background checks as required
• Deliver services professionally and safely
• Honor quoted prices and service commitments

Payment Terms

Our platform facilitates payments between customers and service professionals:

• Service Fees: We charge a platform fee for successful connections and transactions
• Payment Processing: Payments are processed through secure third-party providers
• Disputes: We provide dispute resolution services but are not liable for service quality
• Refunds: Refund policies depend on individual service agreements and circumstances

Platform Responsibility and Limitations

HouseHero acts as an intermediary platform. We:

• Do not directly provide home services
• Are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided
• Do not guarantee the accuracy of professional credentials
• Are not liable for disputes between customers and service professionals
• Reserve the right to remove users who violate these terms

Reviews and Ratings

Our review system helps maintain quality:

• Reviews must be honest and based on actual service experiences
• We reserve the right to remove inappropriate or false reviews
• Both customers and professionals can leave reviews
• Reviews become part of the public record on our platform

Intellectual Property
